Executing a court judgment reached in a different country to Spain

This procedure makes it possible to oblige the opposing party to comply with a court judgement reached in another country of the European Union, or in any other part of the world, which is a signatory of the International Agreements and Conventions.

Representation of banks in issues relating to the foreclosure of mortgages and repossession of property

We specialize in representing foreign banks in the foreclosure of mortgages granted to their nationals that encumber property in Spain. Repossession is the final step in the process known as foreclosure. When a mortgagee fails to pay the mortgage payments for whatever reason, the process of foreclosure will be initiated.

Divorce and Separations

We provide legal support and advice in divorce or separations by mutual agreement, for example, by attempting to reconcile the couple with respect to the division of property and matrimonial assets, the custody of children, pensions or compensation, and issues that are either personally and economically related to a divorce.
