Here is a brief summary of some of the new rules that will rule tourist rentals, and we will be happy to expand the information if you contact us via email.
From now on it will only be possible to rent for a maximum of 10 days and any term that exceeds that must be managed through seasonal rental, with another legal regulation; rooms may not be rented, only entire homes that have an individual cadastral reference; the City Council must issue a report that allows the rental use and please remember that the Town Halls may justifiably restrict this new law so it is very important to be aware of what each City Council decides to do; the tourist accommodation must be registered in the Tourism Registry of the Comunidad Valenciana and must have authorization from the owner community. The delivery of keys in boxes in the street is prohibited. And much more…
There is much more to take into account and what we advance here deserves a broader explanation. So, if you use tourist rental as a business it is important to obtain all the information, check if you comply with the regulations and present all the necessary documents for it.
